PROJECT
Arts & Culture
Project overview
At ATNSC, we offer workshops, lectures, performances and residencies that center and celebrate indigenous arts and culture. Our understanding of the word "Indigenous" is expansive; we include North and South American, Caribbean, West African, Pacific Islander and the Black Southern tradition in our definition.

Art writing
An experiment in expanding the conversation and possibility of cultural engagement through traditional and alternative methods of art writing and criticism. We are currently in a process of imagining what this can look like in the Great Lakes Region and welcome all who would like to join the project.

Arts equity
The Arts Organization Equity & Leadership Residency is for organizations interested in deepening their equity leadership competencies within their arts and culture ecosystems. The organization-in-residence (OIR) will engage on site in a cohort based experiential learning environment which culminates in site specific curatorial and public programming engagements within the Buckeye-Shaker Neighborhood. OIR cohorts receive group coaching, feedback/crit from a diverse group of place based relationships through ATNSC
